Gears of War Online Tips

       First thing you want to do before going online is to play horde a couple of times to get  used of people rushing you and get your aim better. Get your friends to play with you or just go public on XBL.  Also master the art of active reloading because it gives your weapons more damage and it can save you during rush attacks.

       When you play online NEVER EVER EVER drop your shotgun.  Your shotgun is one of the most important weapons that you have.  It can deal massive damage and save you from rushers.  Try to master one gun first(Lancer or Hammerburst).  Lancer is a fully automatic rifle that is good for mid-range and one thing that it has is a chainsaw.  The Hammerburst is a good rifle because it deals alot of damage per bullet and it shoots how fast you can pull the trigger.

      Lancer chainsawing is probably what your going to do first when playing online. As it teaches you how to dodge bullets and get closer to them.  Chainsawing is really hard but thats the easiest way for a newb to kill people online because of all the gears of war veterans that are playing.  Hammerburst is a good rifle to use once you've master the Lancer.  The Hammerburst only has 17 bullets so you have to make each bullet count.
